Returns and Exchanges Policy – Kova Run
At Kova Run, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have established a transparent returns and exchanges policy to ensure a smooth experience. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below. Before sending any item, contact our Customer Support Team to receive specific instructions.
1. Return Policy
1.1 Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)
Customers who make a purchase through our website are entitled to request a cancellation within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.
Conditions for return:
- The product must show no signs of use and must be sent in its original packaging, accompanied by all manuals, accessories, and the original invoice/proof of purchase.
- The shipment must be made through a certified carrier to the address provided by our support team.
- In the case of a change of mind within this period, return shipping costs will be covered by Kova Run.
Note: Products that do not meet the conditions above will be returned to the sender without prior notice, and the return request will be denied.
1.2 Refunds
Once the returned product has been analyzed and approved, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used at the time of purchase:
- Credit Card: The reversal may appear on up to two subsequent billing cycles, depending on the card issuer's policies.
- Other Payment Methods: The refund will be processed via bank transfer or the original payment gateway within 10 business days after the return is approved.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Exchange for Manufacturing Defects
Kova Run provides a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
Procedure for defect-related exchanges:
- The product must be shipped following the instructions provided by our Customer Support Team.
- The item must be in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and a detailed description of the identified issue.
- The technical analysis period takes up to 15 business days after we receive the product.
If the defect is confirmed: The customer may choose one of the following options:
- Receive a new identical product at no additional cost.
- Exchange for another model available on the website (paying the difference in price, if applicable).
- Request a full refund of the amount paid.
If the exchange is denied: The product will be returned to the customer with an explanatory report, without the right to a replacement. Reasons for denial include:
- No defect or failure found.
- Inappropriate use or damage caused by the customer.
- Signs of natural wear and tear or improper maintenance (e.g., incorrect washing).
2.2 Exchanges for Size or Color
We do not perform exchanges for incorrect size or color choices made by the customer. Detailed measurements for each product are provided on our website to ensure the best fit before purchase.
3. Order Cancellation by Kova Run
Kova Run reserves the right to automatically cancel an order in the following situations:
- Payment failure or refusal by the credit card processor.
- Inconsistent or invalid registration data.
- Product unavailability in stock.
3.1 Refunds for Store-Initiated Cancellations
If Kova Run cancels an order, a 100% refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds occur in cases such as:
- Impossibility of delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
- Sudden stock unavailability (in which case the customer is offered the choice between an exchange or a full refund).
